Over a year after the events of Venom, investigative journalist Eddie Brock struggles to adjust to life as the host of an unearthly symbiote, which grants him super-human abilities, but also a super-human hunger. When Eddie attempts to reignite his career by interviewing serial killer Cletus Kasady, the psychotic serial killer becomes the host of a new symbiote and after escaping prison begins to wreak havoc with a new killing spree as Carnage!
